Catching up! Lala's cake

In my life before motherhood, I was a cake decorator and caterer.  Lala has been eager to learn cake decorating so last week I gave her a few lessons.  She surprised me!

She wanted me to make her a special cake, one she designed for her birthday so here's what we came up with:

It was the Doctor's birthday this week too so I made this one for him.
