My big brother is expecting his first baby...we have named him Baby Thor. I knitted this from Mirasol Hacho in Deep Blue Ocean. I love this pattern. I have it up on ravelry.com with the pattern link.

We are winding up Christmas handwork....we are a little behind, lol...these are for my mom. Lala and I both worked on these. I will post the mitts pattern later, it was just something simple I came up with, easy skills, yarn overs and ribbing, these were done flat. Lala made the leg warmers, again super simple two inches of two by two ribbing and the rest is all plain old circular knitting. The last piece was a headband, again way easy. I am so blessed to have her knitting with me! Oh and wash cloths! So easy but so wonderful.

I love yarn. Two places I could not work...bakery and yarn store. This beautiful Christmas gift is from my dearest friend, author of one of my favorite blogs . She knows my heart! She couldn't have picked a better gift. Thank you dear friend!
Now what should I make?

We are having so much fun being part of this budding Waldorf community. We started Three Fold Utah with the intent to have classes at our property. We started in October with a Waldorf 101 type class. Last week we had a needle felting class and I was inspired by Lala's participation in a children's theater production of Rapunzel. Lala made the little one for her teacher.
Now I need to get busy on a ball for Baby Bird.
